“For me, it’s satisfying when a car comes in that doesn’t run and you can fix and make it run again,” Koesterich said.

“There are not a lot of people around who knows what’s going on under the hood.”

Today, the mechanics working under him at Browncroft Garage all have been there at least 10 years. “It’s nice working with people who want to come to work,” Koesterich said.
